About the Role

Position Purpose & Summary Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appearance of the resort and villas grounds

areas by performing a diverse range of activities involved in grounds maintenance. Essential Functions: Mowing trimming

and blowing of all turf areas around the resort. Planting weeding mulching all flower beds around the resort. Sweeps or

blows roadside, walkways, parking lots and tennis courts. Edging of walkways, flowerbeds, and curbs throughout the

property. Operate and maintain utility vehicles and equipment, following standards and safety guidelines. Deliver "I Am

Proud" service standards and department-specific signature touch points. Establish cross-departmental channels of
