About the Role

Job Summary: This position will be responsible for keeping the overall grounds clean, functional and free of trash and

debris so that every guest gets the best possible experience. Given the size of the property, the daily groundskeeping

work will be a constant work in progress to ensure that everyone that visits our property sees the same level of

cleanliness, and organization and can enjoy the beautiful views and landscaping. To be successful in the Groundskeeper

role, their responsibilities will include: Spot sweeping trash and debris. Blowing off the lots, loading dock areas,

main foot traffic areas, and green space. Trash removal from the beach. Emptying trash cans on the property and the
