Ensure that the office / shop is continually maintained in a clean and orderly manner. You will be expected to be

available for on-call schedule which would include running the trash compactor, checking the pool, and completing

chemical readings over the weekends when you are scheduled for on-call. Keep community, parking lots and breezeways free

of garbage, clutter, and debris. Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, removing trash, cleaning

windows, etc. Ensure all gated entrances and security service equipment are always operable and reported to the
