About the Role

Our client is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of a large community

campus in Springdale. The Groundskeeper will be responsible for mowing, trimming, edging, landscaping support, and

general grounds maintenance while working as part of a small facilities team. Operate commercial mowing equipment,

including stand-on and zero-turn mowers. Assist with flowerbed maintenance, weeding, planting, and seasonal mulching.

Perform equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns. Keep equipment clean, fueled, and properly

stored. Assist with interior facility projects during winter months and inclement weather, including painting and
