About the Role

Provides transportation for the clients from their homes to the center and for appointments during the day. Cleans

vehicles, checks regularly for safety, and maintains scheduled maintenance. Drive vehicles in a safe and responsible

manner utilizing defensive driving skills and in adherence to LIFE program policies and procedures, following assigned

routes. Load and unload clients in and out of LIFE program vehicles and assist clients up to and from their homes in

adherence to LIFE Transportation program policies and standards of practice. Transport clients to all requested

appointments that have been arranged by the transportation dispatcher. Maintain safety and cleanliness of assigned
