a skilled butcher to join our team! Family-owned and operated for three generations, our company is continuously
growingjoin us in providing the finest meats since 1946! Responsibilities: Serve and assist customers at the counter
with knowledge of product flavor, taste, and preparation Maintain and stock product in display units Cut, trim, de-bone,
tie, and grind meats using butcher's cutlery and powered equipment (as needed), such as electric grinder and band saw
Cut and weigh steaks and chops for individual servings Tend electric grinder to grind meat Shape and tie roasts Follow
