Full Time Building & Grounds Keeper

About the Role

Location: 1 Glenn Place Apartments; Fitchburg, WI Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday; On-call rotation, overtime &

weekend work may be required. Hourly Rate: $17.00 - $19.00, based on experience Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401(k)

Position Requirements ~ High school diploma or GED preferred ~1-3 years of experience in high-volume maintenance or

grounds work (landscaping, janitorial, custodial, or hospitality experience welcomed) ~ Ability to lift, push, and pull

up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, climbing, and kneeling ~ Valid driver's license and
