About the Role

Lead Finish/Framing Carpenter Location: Sioux Falls, SD Pay: $30-$40/hour Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 am- 5 pm This role

oversees the finishing, framing and production of high-end homes from a leadership perspective, ensuring plans are

accurate, quality standards are met, and the team works efficiently from start to finish. The position combines hands-on

expertise with supervisory responsibilities, including training, coaching, and coordinating multiple work areas to

deliver well-built homes on schedule. Responsibilities: Review construction plans and blueprints each morning to verify

accuracy and clarify any discrepancies before work begins. Communicate and translate plans into clear, actionable
