Food Services The Cafeteria Cook/Assistant Manager reports to the Cafeteria Manager in coordination with the Food
Services Director with the primary duties of following cafeteria recipes in providing nutritious and attractive meals to
be served in the cafeteria including banquets, luncheons, and carry-outs. Acts as a resource for the Food Services
department and builds effective, strong working relationships to enhance department operations and functions. Assists
the Manager in efficient, sanitary, and timely food preparation and clean-up of the cafeteria. These tasks are to be
