About the Role
Applications are being accepted for a 7 hour per day Head Cook position at Bellevue West High School. In absence of a
cafeteria manager, the head cook is responsible for the operation of the kitchen and the food service program. The
primary responsibility for the head cook is the preparation and storage of all food, as well as maintaining standards
set by the State Health Department and State Food Service Office. Duties include inventory maintenance, ordering food
supplies and storage of all food. The candidate must be friendly, flexible, team, and people oriented. This position is
subject to a veterans preference. Duty hours are typically Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. If you are actively
