Job Description
_ This position will float between two of our properties in Greenville, SC - Ridge at Roper Mountain & Sable Brookfield_
Responsibilities
* The Groundskeeper maintains all common areas and grounds of the community in a clean, attractive condition.
* Keep property in "inspection-ready" condition at all times.
* Inspects the overall cleanliness of the community each morning, including all public and common areas.
