About the Role

Reports To: Mechanic Shop Supervisor Department: Concrete Operations Position Summary The Fleet Mechanic is responsible

for the inspection, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of company-owned diesel equipment, with a primary focus on

ready‐mix concrete mixer trucks. This position also supports maintenance and repair of other fleet vehicles and

equipment as needed to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform

diagnostics, repair, and preventive maintenance on diesel‐powered mixer trucks, including engines, transmissions,

hydraulics, air systems, and braking systems. Inspect, adjust, repair, and replace components such as cooling systems,
