About the Role

Herc-U-Lift, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our service and repair team. The primary function of a

Field Service Technician is to travel to customer locations and repair their material handling equipment, MEWPs and rail

car movers. You are required to respond to customer needs in a positive, caring and timely manner, and build rapport

with customers through technical expertise and communication skills to ensure customer feeling of satisfaction through

value received. You will be dispatched to jobs from your home using a company van and will coordinate with the service

dispatch team and report on your jobs via a tablet. Performs preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines.
