About the Role
Job Title:Lift Station Mechanic 2026 Wage: $26.04 per hour This position is responsible for the operations and
maintenance of the wastewater collection and water distribution system. Involved in the repair, maintenance,
replacement, installation, and inspection of sanitary and storm sewer pump stations, water booster pump stations, water
towers, water reservoirs, storm holding ponds, and levees. Monitors and troubleshoots control cabinets, the SCADA
system, and electrical systems. Maintenance of grounds, holding ponds, canals, and levees; mowing, pruning and trimming,
and the application of pesticide. Maintenance of fences. Maintenance of sprinkler systems. Participates in snow removal
