About the Role

As a remote Field Dispatcher (TX Licensed), the candidate will manage the scheduling and coordination of property

management tasks, including work orders and inspections, while providing support to In-House Technicians and ensuring

timely communication with stakeholders. Key responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of work orders,

inspections, and property management tasks, ensuring completion and approval Provide proactive support to In-House

Technicians and manage electronic records related to field activities Track performance metrics and communicate

potential issues to internal stakeholders, contributing to continuous improvement efforts Required qualifications:
