About the Role

The Facilities Maintenance Technician (FM Tech) – Mobile is responsible for providing hands‑on facilities maintenance,

repair, and infrastructure support across a designated district or region typically consisting of two to five

distribution or logistics facilities. This position functions as a mobile subject‑matter expert for base building

systems and serves as the primary technical facilities contact for assigned locations. The FM Tech operates

independently with limited supervision, travels between sites as required, coordinates vendor activity, and ensures

building systems remain safe, compliant, and operational to support uninterrupted customer operations. Job Functions
