Facilities & Grounds Maintenance Technician Position Summary The Facilities & Grounds Maintenance Technician performs a

wide variety of skilled and semi-skilled work to maintain district school buildings, grounds, and equipment. This

position supports both interior building systems and exterior site infrastructure to ensure safe, functional, and

well-maintained learning environments. The technician also provides custodial support during emergencies, staffing

shortages, or special events as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Building Systems & Interior Maintenance
