About the Role

Custodian / Groundskeeper Immediately Seeking! Custodian/Groundskeeper - Spencer, Iowa Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00

am - 5:00 pm $18.75/hr Maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility by cleaning offices, breakrooms, restrooms, and

other common areas. Perform outdoor grounds maintenance including snow removal, tree trimming, lawn care, and general

property upkeep. Complete routine building maintenance tasks, dispose of trash, replenish supplies, and assist with

seasonal groundskeeping responsibilities. Perform additional custodial and grounds maintenance duties as assigned.

Previous custodial, janitorial, facilities maintenance, or groundskeeping experience is preferred. Must be dependable,
