Facilities & Maintenance Technician Full

About the Role

Maintenance Services Provide professional, comprehensive maintenance services for all CUA branch locations and the

corporate offices including: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, general maintenance heating, and

air conditioning. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Perform minor electrical maintenance to include, but not be

limited to, repair or replacement of fixtures (wall switches and outlets, incandescent and fluorescent bulbs and tubes,

ballasts, sockets, fuses, minor appliances, cords, etc.) using appropriate hand, power and specialty tools. Perform

minor plumbing maintenance to include, but not be limited to, repair or replacement of drains and faucets. Perform minor
