building maintenance and groundskeeping duties to ensure District facilities and grounds are safe, functional,

accessible, and well maintained throughout the year. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Performing

year‐round grounds maintenance including mowing, raking, cultivating, planting, and maintaining athletic fields, lawns,
