About the Role

Fabricator Position Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications Measuring, cutting,

and fitting materials to tight tolerances Use of hand tools and power tools (grinders, sanders, saws, drills) Metal and

composite layout, assembly, and fastening techniques Jig and fixture setup to ensure repeatable builds Surface

preparation for bonding, coating, or finishing Quality control inspections and dimensional checks Safe handling of

materials and compliance with shop safety protocols Understanding of production workflows and fabrication sequencing

Measuring, leveling, squaring, and alignment Cutting and shaping composite‐core materials Use of fastening systems
