About the Role
Job Summary The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up and operating fabrication equipment to cut, bend, saw,
and punch steel parts used in downstream assembly operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient
production flow while supporting continuous improvement, quality, and safety initiatives. Key Responsibilities Set up
and operate fabrication machines to produce steel components according to specifications Read and interpret job
travelers, blueprints, and work instructions to ensure accurate machine setup and part quality Support continuous
improvement and Lean initiatives by following established process flows, maintaining flexibility, and contributing
