About the Role

Job Title Job Overview: Requirement/Must Have: High School Diploma or equivalent. Entry level: 1-3 years experience in a

manufacturing setting preferred. Basic blueprint reading. Ability to read. Strong organizational and problem solving

skills. Ability to communicate with management and peers in a clear and professional manner. Efficient in basic computer

skills: accessing and sending emails, completing online certifications and tests, etc. Proactively identify and resolve

any issues or problems that could arise and/or the ability to direct said issue or problem to the appropriate team. This

role requires regular in?person work at our Florence, KY office. Candidates must live within commuting distance.
