About the Role

Fusion Bible Church in Durant, OK, is in search of an experienced and visionary Executive Pastor (XP) to serve as a

strategic partner to the Lead Pastor. This essential role involves implementing the church’s vision, overseeing

administrative functions, and providing leadership to staff members. The Executive Pastor is instrumental in embodying

the church culture, directing operational departments, strengthening financial structures, developing leadership

pipelines, and fostering healthy ministries within Fusion’s collaborative and values-driven environment. The ideal

candidate will bring strategic thinking, a shepherd’s heart, executive leadership experience, and a collaborative spirit
