Executive Housekeeper

About the Role

The Executive Housekeeper supports the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department to ensure exceptional guest

satisfaction, consistent quality standards, and full compliance with established policies and Standard Operating

Procedures. This role oversees all housekeeping functions and team members, including clerks, suite attendants,

housepersons, and supervisory staff, to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the property. The

Executive Housekeeper plays a key leadership role in delivering outstanding hospitality and service excellence for every

guest.
