About the Role

PT Custodian - Maintenance This position maintains the facilities of the City in a clean, sanitary, and safe condition.

Essential duties and responsibilities: Performs assigned cleaning duties for offices, restrooms, meeting rooms, and

other public areas. This duty is performed daily. Fills in during absences of the Customer Service representative. This

duty is performed as needed. Notifies the Supervisor when cleaning supplies and paper products need to be reordered.

This duty is performed as needed. Performs minor plumbing and other routine facility maintenance. This duty is performed

as needed. Notifies supervisor when maintenance problems are of a technical nature. This duty is performed as needed.
