in the class are responsible for the duties of a dispatcher in a Public Safety Answering Point(PSAP), using 911 systems,

security systems, terminals, computers, and other telecommunications equipment for the University of Minnesota. Function

as the 911 Public Safety Answering Point for the University of Minnesota community. Receive, prioritize, and disseminate

information to process emergency and non-emergency calls for service on the Twin Cities' campuses. -Dispatch, monitor

and track police, Emergency Management, Environmental Health and Safety, and UMEMS responses. Coordinate all telephone
