Equipment Services Dispatcher

About the Role

Coordinate the shipping and receiving of Downhole tools and related products. Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, and

receiving records. Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment. Support HSE and

quality initiatives through inspections, documentation, and safe work practices. Collaborate with internal and external

customers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Load and unload pallets and Downhole tools from trucks using

forklifts and overhead cranes. Review and document internal and external customer orders. Communicate order information

in person, by phone, and through NOV applications (TRM). Prepare shipping documentation for outgoing NOV products. Ship,
