About the Role

Dispatcher Location: Model City, NY (on-site) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with Saturday rotation Reports

to: Director of Fleet Logistics and Technology About Modern Modern is a waste and sanitation hauler serving Western New

York. We're investing in our operations team and rebuilding how we support our drivers and customers—and this is a

chance to join during a period of real change. About the Role This dispatcher owns the day-to-day execution of our

commercial, lugger, tractor, and roll-off routes out of Model City. You'll be the single point of coordination between

drivers, the maintenance shop, and our customer-facing coordinators—making real-time calls on route sequencing,
