About the Role
Dispatcher We are searching for a Dispatcher in our Special Transit Services office to provide excellent service to our
drivers and customers while answering multiple telephone lines. The individual in this key position will: # Communicate
by using phones and tablets with drivers and customers regarding trip schedules and clients. Refer messages and calls in
a timely manner to the proper personnel. # Collaborate with other dispatchers regarding fleet operation. # Maintain
accurate dispatch reports as directed by STS management. # Operate dispatch software to communicate with the garage,
management staff, local community and schools. # Oversee driver production records, schedules and logs, assuring that
