About the Role
Dispatcher Responsibilities: Working to provide timely dispatching of designated calls to meet service level
requirements Escalate issues appropriately to the Contact Center and/or Field Service Manager when required Assist in
training and mentoring of representatives on dispatch requirements, determination, and processes Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills for clear instructions to drivers, emergency personnel, and customers Ability to stay
calm under pressure, especially during emergencies Multitasking and organizational skills to manage multiple calls,
routes, and schedules simultaneously Problem-solving abilities to determine the best course of action quickly
