About the Role
The primary function of the Dispatcher and Operations Support role is to support the area managers in the functions of
operations and the ordering and delivery of materials to customers. This individual supports the operations and dispatch
teams to promote corporate policies, procedures, and safety. Provide support for fast, accurate processing of sales
orders, setting up job information, confirming & appropriate reports which support sales order processing. Assist
department with implementation and training on DQ installation. Processing credit memos on the computer. Assist
customers with will call orders. Provide technical assistance to clients and staff. Responsible for front counter,
