Equipment Services Dispatcher

About the Role

Inform customers of unit prices, shipping details, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by the

customer after the placement of the original order. Performs all duties in strict accordance of company safety and

environmental policies. Serve as backup in unloading inbound freight when a Driver is unavailable. Check inventory

control and notify Facility Manager of orders that would deplete stock. Confer with sales, shipping, warehouse, or

common carrier personnel to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments. Coordinate deliveries to maximize truck

capacity and efficiency. Evaluate Drivers' performance. Perform truck inspections with drivers on a weekly basis. Assist
