About the Role

Transportation Dispatch Coordinator Monitor all loads under dispatch authority to provide safe and on-time service to

our customers, vendors and distribution centers Interact in a cooperative and professional manner with other team

members, supervisors, customers, and vendors, even in difficult situations Provide exceptional (WOW) Customer Service by

building and maintaining effective communication with carriers, vendors, and internal and external customers Monitor all

loads under dispatch authority for on-time service, communicating status updates to include time changes, scheduling and

updates to customers and vendors as necessary Prepare daily dispatch schedule for drivers and equipment Maintaining
