Equipment Services Dispatcher

About the Role

The primary responsibility of the Dispatcher is organizing the daily dispatch of equipment for the branch, working in

compliance with all legal and safety requirements regarding the safe transport of equipment. Essential Functions: 

Schedule delivery and pickup routes to utilize time in the most efficient way. Work with Rental Coordinators to organize

all rental contracts, delivery reports and any necessary paperwork for drivers as they start their work shift. Work with

Yard Attendants to insure units are ready and the vehicles are ready for loading. Perform inventory control processes

Inspect the vehicles and the loads daily, making sure drivers are working safe.  Contact customers to alert them when
