About the Role
1st Shift Machine Operator The Machine Operator is responsible for the daily execution of sheet metal fabrication
processes. In this role, you will ensure jobs are completed on schedule, parts are built precisely to customer
specifications, and a safe, efficient work environment is maintained at all times. Equipment Operation: Safely operate
S4, P4, and other specialized fabrication machinery to produce high-quality parts for cash drawer assembly. Quality
Assurance: Maintain strict adherence to established quality standards and perform routine quality checks on produced
parts. Efficiency & Scheduling: Maximize equipment utilization and workflows to meet or exceed production schedules.
