About the Role
Overview Fleet Maintenance Mechanic — Job Type: Full Time • Shift: M-F, 6a - 3:30p with some flexibility • Compensation:
$25 - $30/hour DOE. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance inspections (PMIs) and safety checks on fleet
vehicles per company and DOT standards. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. Complete
repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, HVAC, and other systems. Maintain accurate service records and
work orders. Perform road calls and emergency repairs when needed. Use diagnostic tools and repair manuals to
troubleshoot issues. Conduct DOT inspections and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
