Environmental Services Lead Dispatcher
About the Role
Job Summary: The Environmental Services Lead Dispatcher documents daily cleaning and manipulates discharges, swaps and
transfers. Incumbent coordinates duties acts as a liaison between managers and staff, maintain accurate up to date
records. Independently responds to routine correspondence. Supervises other dispatch employees to include: scheduling
coverage and training. Create reports for Teletracking to help manage throughput goals. Monitor work orders and assign
as needed. Assess benchmarking data related to swaps, transfers and discharges. Minimum Qualifications: Associate's
Degree and 3 years of relevant experience (preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting) or equivalent combination of
