About the Role
Baker Job Summary An Atticus Baker prepares handmade baked goods in our commissary bakery for our two retail stores,
wholesale, and catering, using only regionally grown grains and flour. A baker must learn the details and application of
different grains and how they impact our products. Requirements for position Bakers must know or learn the basics of
pastry and bread production. We are a tight group of highly skilled bakers, so teamwork and collaboration skills are a
must. Must also be comfortable working in a large-scale bakery environment. Mix and prep goods like bread, cookies, and
scones • Learn about regional grains and flour in bread and pastry • Other tasks assigned by the pastry chef or senior
