ordinary people that we can do extraordinary things. Responsibilities Assist clients via telephone and provide
information regarding eligibility for Red Cross services. Notify and dispatch appropriate Red Cross staff to
emergencies. Coordinate hotel arrangements for clients who are unable to stay in their residence. Monitor multiple
