About the Role

Job Description The Construction Services team is seeking a qualified individual to join our Elevator and Crane Section.

Responsibilities Core Responsibilities Candidate must have an NYS Elevator Mechanics license and an NYC Elevator Agency

Technician License in good standing. The nature of this job requires an individual should be familiar with different

types of elevator and/or crane equipment including but not limited to: Galaxy, Peelle, Thyssen Krupp, MCE, Otis, and

Alimak or Kone, Shawbox and Yale. Proficient in reading electrical schematics, prints, and drawings. Will be required to

perform standard ANSI/ASME inspections and maintenance functions on elevators, cranes, and hoists. Knowledge and skill
