About the Role
Assembler Service Department This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and assembling products that return from the
field to the service department. You receive and evaluate products, review customer complaints, follow documented
service procedures in the computer system, and perform diagnostics, repairs, and assembly using basic hand and power
tools. You support product performance by conducting calibrations and variable testing with specialized equipment to
ensure each unit meets required specifications. Receive returned products from the field and review customer complaints
to understand reported issues. Open and follow the correct service procedures for each product model using the computer
