About the Role

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Skilled Electrician for the Fibrebond team in Minden, LA. Hours: 54

hours per week (including overtime), between 6 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Hourly pay: $20.90–$28.00, subject to experience and

qualifications. Relocation assistance for candidates living more than 50 miles from the Minden site. What You’ll Do Read

and interpret blueprints to install electrical components accurately. Bend and install complex conduit configurations.

Pull and terminate wire and large‑gauge power cable. Troubleshoot electrical problems. Use hand and power tools safely.

Assist teammates and lead crews on semi‑complex tasks. Anchor, secure, and properly bus and torque electrical gear.
