About the Role
Job Summary Responsible for monitoring quality and safety and providing planning and direction directly to the assigned
crew for construction activities for construction projects. The role of a Foreman is to assist the General Foreman in
providing leadership, direction, and supervision of craft workers; Overview Of Primary Duties Coordinates, oversees, and
briefs crew on daily work to be done. Plans and prioritizes job tasks, and trains, directs, organizes, and supervises a
crew on the job site for quality work and efficient production. Is familiar with the job site safety plan. Conducts
training in safety. Manages crew timesheets. Prepares quality and quantity reports, and other required reports.
