Job Overview Scotts Miracle‑Gro is seeking a Mechanic to work in our Ft. Madison, IA facility. The position offers a pay
rate of approximately $33.85 to $45.90 per hour, paid weekly, and includes a $2,000 sign‑on bonus. You must be able to
work all three shifts. Responsibilities Perform detailed mechanical and instrumentation/electrical troubleshooting,
repair, and preventive maintenance on plant process, utility, and packaging equipment. Execute multi‑discipline
maintenance and electrical work, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and facility equipment
