Electrical Engineering Technician

About the Role

Provide technical support to improve and optimize manufacturing operations and processes at the Des Moines manufacturing

site. Coordinate repairs equipment installations involved with reducing downtime, improving safety and implementing

projects assigned. Acts as a safety leader and puts safety first in all responsibilities. Determines customers'/plants

needs by identifying problems, developing and evaluating solutions thereby defining project scope. Must research and

produce cost estimates necessary to accomplish scheduled and emergency repairs as well as provide replacement equipment

utilizing vendors and internal resources to impact a timely recovery with limited downtime. Initiates equipment
