About the Role

Job Summary: The Electrical Assembler operates equipment and performs manual soldering and assembly processes required

to build and test an electrical coil assembly to customer specifications. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Setup and

operation of manual and automated coil winding equipment Preparation and soldering of coil and PCB assemblies Setup and

operation of manual and semi-automated wire stripping machines Setup and operation of a Thermal Chamber, RF Pre-heater

and Transfer Molding Press Potting of coil assemblies with two part epoxy encapsulant Manual trimming, cleaning and

inspection of assemblies. Performance of dielectric and resistance testing using stand alone or semi-automated systems
