$0.62-$0.66 per mile* Stop pay: $15 per stop Detention pay: $15 per hour Mountain stop pay: $30 per occurrence 3rd party

backhaul pickups: $60 per pickup 3rd party backhaul deliveries: $25 per delivery DCS Outsource work: $250-$400 per day
