About the Role
The Driver Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of assigned drivers to maximize
productivity, ensure on-time service, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. This role serves
as the primary point of contact for drivers, supporting their success while delivering excellent service to customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Coordinate load assignments with planners and dispatch drivers on pre-planned loads
* Monitor, track, and communicate with drivers throughout the day via phone, GPS systems and other tools.
