About the Role

Part-Time Driver / Maintenance Technician We are hiring a part-time Driver / Maintenance Technician to support daily

community operations by safely transporting residents and completing routine maintenance and basic repairs. This role is

ideal for someone who is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in both a people-facing driving role and a

hands-on maintenance role. Key Responsibilities Transportation Safely transport residents to scheduled appointments,

outings, and community events using company vehicle(s) Assist residents on and off the vehicle as needed, including

support with walkers and wheelchairs (as applicable) Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any
